Overjoyed, would be the word I’d use when I received Jessica’s email asking me about a six month studio milestone session with Baby J.
Jessica participated in my Maternity Styled Shoot that I put together last August. I really wanted to create some dreamy motherhood photos for a group of women who were all expecting around the same time. And dreamy it was! I loved getting to know all of these women during our session and hearing about their preparation to meet their little loves.
So, when Jessica reached out to me to photograph her baby to celebrate his six month milestone, I was super excited to meet him!
We took his six month milestone photos, which you can view below, in my home studio. All of the outfits you see are from my baby client wardrobe, which I’ve specifically curated to photograph beautifully in my studio. Plus, if you choose to use my client wardrobe, you get the added bonus of not having to buy a new outfit for the session. I’ve got ya covered!
I asked Jessica to share some of her favorite things about Baby J in this season of life right now. Here is what she said:
What is your favorite thing about Baby J right now?
Jessica: J loves to say “mama” and it is the sweetest!!
What does Baby J do that makes you laugh?
Jessica: He is so surprised when we see dogs on walks and gasps every time!
How does Baby J remind you of you, or your partner?
Jessica: J has bright blue eyes like his dad!
What are your favorite things to do together?
Jessica: We like to take long walks in Forest Park, have tickle attacks, and FaceTime family.
What was your favorite part of his six month milestone photo session?
Jessica: Seeing J show off his personality and new developments! And to know I have them documented and can look back at them and smile!
