BIG ANNOUNCEMENT TODAY!!!!

You know what I didn’t expect when I started my portrait photography journey two years ago?

I didn’t anticipate meeting tons of amazing women working with and serving young families in so many incredible ways.

Don’t get me wrong. I definitely knew there were fantastic women doing marvelous things out in the world. I just didn’t know that I would get the chance to connect with them.

But, as I started networking with more and more women business owners in the community to help grow my portrait photography business. The phrase, “You just don’t know what you don’t know.” kept popping up into my head over and over again. I just couldn’t get over how cool it was that I was getting the opportunity to learn about so many awe-inspiring women making waves in our community.

And I decided I couldn’t just keep it to myself. I didn’t think that was fair. And… I didn’t want to.

I want everyone to know about these Women Warriors who are doing wondrous things to help our community.

So, I decided to start a blog series that would focus on highlighting the fascinating women I have been meeting. My goal is that it serves as a resource for growing families to learn more about the awesome people out there, working to help them navigate parenthood.

I figured that since I found myself continually impressed by so many talented women working to help others, then others would also benefit by learning about them. 

I want to introduce as many people as possible to these remarkable women making our community a better place.  

Because I think we are stronger when we work together to lift each other up. We weren’t meant to go through life alone. Community is of the utmost importance. And as we all navigate the digital age and seem to grow farther and farther apart. I want to do my small part to bring us closer together.

So, that’s why I’m starting a blog series called Women Warrior’s and I’m going to publish a new post the second Wednesday of every month! So, get ready for tomorrow’s post – it’s gonna be the first and it’s gonna be so, so good!
